Wine Tastings

If you are interested in learning a bit more about the wine you drink then come along to one of my regular wine tasting evenings. Each month I put on several tastings where we look, and more importantly taste, and sample a selection of wines from a specific region or category . I also hold tastings of Malt Whisky and Rum.

During the evening you will discover what to look for in a wine, how to taste it properly, and learn how to evaluate a wine’s potential for ageing and development.

After the tasting part I bring out some cheese and biscuits so all can try the wines with some food as this changes their appearance.

The tastings are conducted in a friendly and relaxed, yet informative atmosphere where new friends can be made and old ones reaffirmed as many of my customers return time and time again.
